So... don't buy drugs just because you saw an ad on TV... that's the moral of this story, I guess.

I love how this episode reinforces the lack of boundary between whatever constitutes Salad Fingers' inner world and whatever hell his reality is. Does Glass Mother truly exist, or is she just an excretion [sic] of his decidedly mental state? Only time will tell. And time will tell lies, probably.
It induces happiness, occasional seizures, dysplasia of the brain lobes, excess 'frop abuse... Nope, nothing wrong with this animutation.
You've learned to import video in Flash, so what
OK, you're original in that this isn't just another slideshow.
This could have done with having volume and playback controls added; I suspect there are tutorials on how to do that. Maybe that could be your next project.
Having said that, this is still very close to being a slideshow. Also, the image and sound are very poor, and you could at least have done something to cut down the glare on the screen.
thanks for te info...most of the flashes i make a trash and get blamed
Apparently too boscure for most
OK, this is a movie, not interactive in the sense of clicking stuff.
We have a victim: a victim who is Outside (the capital is deliberate) the norm. The victim is offered a choice: Repent Or Die.
Of course, the worst thing you can do to torment an Outsider is to suggest that he or she can be accepted. Outsiders are never acceptable, are they? Make 'em dance, make 'em degrade themselves; see how turncoat they are? No, they can't be trusted. Kill 'em. Kill 'em all. Wipe 'em away, they're blocking the coming of our Utopia.
The animation is both smooth and, particularly with regards to camera angles, sophisticated. The sound, a minimal background loop, is quite sufficient, adding to the grim nature of the subject material.
Now, being the latest reviewer, I am not surprised that this movie has polarised those who viewed it into two camps: those who accept it as a scathing commentary on the human condition; and those who see it as a violation of the unwritten law that All Flash Animation Should Be Mindlessly Funny. It just confirms my opinion that the audience is as capable of misreading a work of art as the artist is of misreporting his subject. (Hey, I'm a philosophy student doing aesthetics - cope.)
I do wonder about the twisted ending; it may be the straw that's breaking so many viewers' backs. The "panel"'s orgiastic celebration of their victim's death might be a bit too much. I don't know.
Anyway, that's one SubGenius' view of this movie. You may now continue your hyperpolarised ravings as if I haven't spoken. As you were, not as you should be, damnit.
Would-be DJ/Producer. Plays too many video games. Drew a webcomic once. Old fart.
