I need an animation software that works like this:
- Importing a media file makes an object I can click on to select.
- By default, objects are shared between keyframes and tweened automagically.
- Any change generates a new keyframe.
- Keyframes can be moved, deleted or duplicated as required on the timeline.
You see, I want to make animutations, like https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/91829 but the programs I've tried are too fixated on tradition cel-based, Termite Terrace style techniques. And being a bunny of very little brain, I can't figure out how to translate my preferred workflow (see above) into Pencil2D's or OpenToonz's jubjub. (It's like Godot in that respect. How anyone can work in that scattered mess I will never understand).
Or do I have to learn Python and bodge something up myself!?
