Ah yes, the little blues that decided central city living was for them. Apart from the incorrect livery on the cop car (apparently you've done an Aussie one, us Kiwis have ones like drivingtests.co.nz/resources/new-zealand-police-vehicle-markings-and-livery/ ) this is cute and topical.
